Vingino's 5-year warranty applies to all jeans purchased directly from Vingino's (online) store or authorized retailers, from the original date of purchase. The warranty guarantees that your jeans are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Please read the following terms and conditions:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage resulting from normal wear and tear under normal use, as specified below. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper care.
To be eligible for the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from the Vingino store (online) or an authorized retailer. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Vingino will, at its discretion, repair the product free of charge, replace it with a new (comparable) item, or issue a refund or store credit. Repairs are carried out by a certified tailor. Vingino will reimburse the certified tailor for the repair costs.
All repairs are performed at your own risk. The repair agreement is solely between you and the certified tailor. Vingino is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible or liable for the repairs performed, any damage to or loss of the jeans, or any personal injury resulting from the repair.
The warranty period is not extended by the warranty handling.
The warranty covers:
- Repair of a broken zipper/replacement with a new zipper;
- Repair of the seam on the inside of the leg and crotch;
- Repair of a worn trouser leg hem;
- The process of retying a button/tying a new button.
The warranty does not cover:
- Fading, shrinking or stretching of denim fabric.
- Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or ironing.
- Cracks or other damage due to normal wear and tear
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Vingino customer service at support@vingino.com with your proof of purchase, warranty registration number, and a detailed description of the defect. Vingino may request photos or the return of the defective item for inspection. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item to us.
Vingino's liability is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or store credit for the defective product, as described above. Vingino is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
